This project was certainly one of the largest refurbishment projects we have been involved with. The house had been split into three separate apartments and so our brief was to convert the house back into one home. This project took around 18 months to complete with the basement being the biggest challenge – it had to be dug out by hand to gain the extra height required to accommodate a bar, cinema room, playroom, and utility room.
Working alongside the builders and architect we were involved with every interior decision and provided drawings and visuals for each room. We specified all the interior finishes and worked closely with our client who wanted it to be homely, elegant, and traditional in style.
The cantilevered staircase is our favourite feature in the house – simply stunning.
