We’ll meet to explore the project, to find out more about each other and to discuss the space, your requirements and budget. We are experienced in all styles and periods from contemporary to traditional, but we will be keen to know your likes and dislikes and what ultimately your vision. We will need to survey the space to be re designed and may make some sketches and take photographs at this stage. Following the meeting we will send you a quotation for the design work you would like us to undertake.
Upon signing the contract, we will then get to work producing floor plans and mood boards to give you an idea of the proposed style, layout options, aesthetic and colour scheme. We will make recommendations, select samples and produce mood boards to illustrate how it will all come together beautifully. We will then come and meet with you to present the options, discuss the next steps and finalise the design. At this point we will welcome your involvement and may schedule some interactive workshops for a collaborative approach and to ensure we are on the right track.
You may wish to see your project realised in 3D, at this point we can produce CGI visualisations to show you exactly the look and feel of your space, bringing together the floor plans with the mood boards into a visual representation of your project. This can be invaluable step in the process to ensure a well realised and holistic end result.
Once the plans and visuals are finalised we would then be able to start specifying the exact items required. This includes all wall and floor finishes, specific furniture items, lighting, artwork, accessories, and more. These items are scheduled out and budgeted for, and detailed onto drawings to show locations and quantities. This would also include liaising with tradespeople such as electricians and plumbers to ensure provision is being made to incorporate our proposals.
We will work for you or with you during the implementation stage of the project at whatever the level you require to ensure an outstanding outcome. You may wish for us to manage the build process on site, or alternatively you may wish to do this yourselves. Either way, we believe in making the whole process as smooth and as enjoyable as possible, from start to finish.
